NOCCO Training Day - 24th March - Now you have the opportunity to hang out on a fast-paced training day led by NOCCO ambassadors. One day filled with training, challenging competitions and well-stocked goodiebags.

The following sweaty sessions will be held during the day:

12:00-12.45:  High intensity interval training – Niamh Coghlan

13:00-13.45: Rugby inspired functional training – Mason Caton-Brown

14:00-14.45: Functional and high intensity training – David Marshall 

12:00-15:00: Booty building session – Jayne Lo*

12.00-15:00: Boxing – Sonja Moses 

*Special classes will start every 30 minutes. Maximum 15 participants/class. You will be able to book your spot at the event.

Food: Heckfood UK will be present and serve some amazing food.
