Q – What is NOCCO BCAA?

NOCCO BCAA is a functional beverage enriched with BCAA (branched amino acids) and vitamins. Currently, NOCCO has six carbonated flavors and one flavor which is not carbonated. All NOCCO products are sugar-free, sweetened with sucralose.

NOCCO is an abbreviation of No Carbs Company -a new Swedish beverage brand focused on health and fitness.

Q – What is the difference between NOCCO BCAA and NOCCO BCAA + ?

In addition to BCAA (branched amino acids) NOCCO BCAA contains caffeine, green tea and L-carnitine.

NOCCO BCAA+ is completely caffeine free but contains twice as much BCAA (5000 mg) .
Both product lines contain six different vitamins.

Q – What is BCAA?

BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids. BCAA are three essential amino acids, Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine. Essential amino acids are amino acids that can’t be produced by the human body and therefore need to be supplied by the diet.

Q – How many milligrams of BCAA do NOCCO’s products contain and how many milligrams of each amino acid do they contain?

The NOCCO BCAA products contain a total of 2500 mg of BCAA in the proportions 8: 1: 1.
2000 mg of leucine, 250 mg of isoleucine and 250 mg of valine.

The NOCCO BCAA + products contain a total of 5000 mg of BCAA in the proportions 4: 1: 1.
3333 mg of leucine, 833 mg of isoleucine and 833 mg of valine.

Q – Which vitamins do NOCCO BCAA products contain?

One can of NOCCO contain five different types of Vitamin B: folic acid,niacin, biotin, B6 and B12.Folic acid, niacin, B6 and B12 all help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Biotin, niacin, B6 and B12 contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism. Additionally, NOCCO BCAA contains vitamin D, which contributes to maintaining normal muscle function.

Q – What is L-carnitine and how much L-carnitine does one can of NOCCO BCAA contain?

L-carnitine is an amino acid that is found in nearly all cells of the human body.
NOCCO BCAA + doesn´t contain any L-carnitine while NOCCO BCAA contains 400 mg of L-carnitine.

Q – Should I drink NOCCO BCAA before, during or after my workout?

Since NOCCO BCAA contains free amino acids that are instantly accessible to the body, NOCCO BCAA is suitable for consumption in all contexts of training.

Q – How much caffeine does NOCCO BCAA contain?

A can of NOCCO BCAA contains 180 mg of caffeine which is the equivalent of two cups of coffee.

Q – Is NOCCO BCAA suitable for everyone?

NOCCO BCAA beverages are not recommended to be consumed during pregnancy, when breastfeeding or by children.

Q – How many cans of NOCCO BCAA can be consumed per day?

A can of NOCCO BCAA contains 180 mg of caffeine, which is the equivalent of two cups of coffee. Therefore we do not recommend you to consume more than 2-3 cans per day

Q – What is Twenty by Nocco?

Twenty by Nocco is a protein enriched coffee drink that suits perfect for both early mornings and hard days at the gym.

Q -Why is protein important?

Physical activity increases protein turnover in the muscles. Very hard exercise also causes an increase of muscle breakdown and because of this the muscles need to be “repaired”. Therefore, it´s important to get protein when exercising.

Q -How many bottles of TWENTY by NOCCO can one consume per day?

Sensitivity to caffeine is very individual and varies from person to person. One can Twenty by Nocco contains 87 mg of caffeine, which equates to one cup of coffee.

Q -Is anyone not recommended to consume Twenty by Nocco?

Twenty By NOCCO are not recommended to be consumed during pregnancy, when breastfeeding or by children, because it contains caffeine. The same goes for people who are sensitive to caffeine.

Q -What is the difference between protein and amino acids/what is an amino acid?

Protein consists of amino acids which help to maintain muscle mass. Protein is made up of about 20 amino acids. 9 of them are essential – our bodies can’t produce them, so we need to get them from our diet instead.
